We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team in Lewisville, Texas. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor roll-forming and CNC machines for precision production.
Load raw steel coil, oversee automated runs, and inspect all finished parts for dimensional accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to ensure machine output matches design intent.
Adjust machine speeds, tooling, and alignment to maintain precision throughout production.

Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and tooling checks for optimal performance. Keep the work area organized, safe, and efficient at all times.

Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and uphold the Steel Tech USA reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in roll-forming or CNC machine operation (metal manufacturing preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Ability to read blueprints and work within tight tolerances.
Self-starter with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Familiarity with overhead cranes, forming/brake press machines, and precision measuring tools preferred.
